What is it?
Novel's Klaviyo integration allows you to to send NovelPasses embedded in any Klaviyo email. This includes welcome emails for your loyalty program, subscription confirmations, and your initial NovelPass launch email.
How does it work?
After providing Novel with your public API key, Novel will create a custom attribute for all of your existing customers. A custom attribute will also be created anytime a customer creates a Customer Account with your storefront or is referred to your storefront. This custom attribute can than be linked in buttons and images.
What do you need to do?
Provide Novel with your Public API Key.
In any Klaviyo email, input the button images found at the bottom of this article
Insert the following as image URL:
