Here are some tricks and tips if you're running into issues getting your branded Wallet Pass. While some of these may feel simple they'll usually do the trick!

I clicked to Add Pass from an email and am getting an error message.

  • Refresh the browser and the pass should load. Click Add in the top right corner and then head to your Wallet app to see it.

I was referred and my verification code for my email address isn't working correctly.

  • Try inputting the same code one more time. If it doesn't work, chat us and we'll help investigate.

I've added my Wallet Pass but don't see it.

  • Your Wallet Pass lives in your phones Wallet app. Head there to see your new pass!
